So, how do we work?
Three steps and no surprises. We talk, I send you a fixed quote and I get it running. You decide on every change.
Step 1
We talk
You tell me what is eating up your time or what isn’t quite working. No commitment and no jargon.
- A call or a message
- I look at your website, your server and your processes
- I tell you what can be automated and what can’t
- If I don’t see it clearly, I say so
Step 2
I send you a plan
An itemised quote: what gets done, what each item costs and how long it takes.
- Each item with its price and its deadline
- We start with what saves you the most time
- No lock-in: you can stop whenever you want
- A fixed quote, no surprises at the end
Step 3
I get it running
I build, test and deploy. You decide what goes into production and what doesn’t.
- It is tested elsewhere before it touches your site
- I show you the result and you decide
- It is documented, so you don’t depend on me
- Afterwards, maintenance if you want it
Frequently asked questions
The four I always get asked before we start.
No. Plans are monthly and you can stop whenever you want. For projects, the quote is split into fixed items, each with its price and deadline.
On yours. I work with WordPress and WooCommerce and adapt to what you already have. If rebuilding it made sense I would tell you, but it is not the starting point.
No. No update or publication reaches production without your prior approval. If you take a while to answer, the suggestion waits: it does not apply itself.
Directly with me. No tickets, no queues, no middlemen. With a plan, the budis check your site every 30 minutes, so I will often tell you first.
